These were recommended to me by another non meat loving friend as a quick easy way to get all the nutrients that we may be missing out on. I have only been taking them for a week but have noticed I am not so tired and feel more alert. I will keep taking them as they are a pure ingredient and contain all the vitamins I need. The are easy to swallow and have no taste. The delivery process was great and the price from Sunpure is good.
Been taking the beef liver capsules for nearly two weeks and really starting to notice a difference . More zest,and even my nails are starting to get stronger (I have very weak nails) so I will be staying on these.

Amazing product . I have been taking beef Liver for 2 weeks now. I can definitely say I have alot more energy and feel more balanced in my hormones and my skin is also improving. Im 55 years young and dont eat red meat, no particular reason i just prefer chicken and fish so my body definitely needed some nutrients.
