Sunpure Superfoods was founded by dynamic husband-and-wife duo Dean and Aizelle. We are an extremely busy, active, and cheerful family of 3.
Yes, we are a small family-owned brand, and we are passionate about nourishing families from the inside out. From balanced, authentically sourced superfoods to harmonious family, friendship, and work relationships, that is how we build a resilient community that lives enduringly in harmony with nature.
Aizelle & Dean
Both of us come from strong health backgrounds. Aizelle was a qualified nurse and chef for over 12 years, while Dean’s own health journey led us to search for true gold-grade Shilajit described in ancient texts.
After nearly a year of trying different products, we finally found one that felt in harmony with our bodies consistently - supporting deeper sleep, clearer thinking, and steadier energy.
In 2023, Sunpure Superfoods began humbly from our living room, sharing the little jars that gave us hope with others seeking real, natural health support - just as our ancestors once sought nourishment from nature’s own superfoods.
Nearly 5 years on, we still take the very superfoods we offer to you. We listen to our bodies and stay grounded through nature, hiking, meditation, and getting Vitamin D naturally from the sun.

Our Team
We pay tribute to our local Himalayan hunters who make our gold-grade shilajit possible. Their families have done this for generations, trained by their fathers and lineage before them. They are among the few hunters with permits to go beyond the usual peaks, as their lungs have adapted to the thin oxygen at 17,000 ft. altitude and beyond.
They harvest with the highest respect in these sacred lands, where gemstones are also found. They know exactly how gold-grade shilajit stones should smell and look, and where to find them.
Some days, they return empty-handed after 2-4 weeks of camping and must climb another mountain, all to ensure they collect only gold-grade shilajit.
