Sunpure Superfoods certified organic 8 in 1 Mushroom Elixer joined the rank 🫡 of Pantry Staple a few months ago. I enjoy it either alone with hot water (provided it’s fairly weak), or with a dash of tiger nut milk (made stronger). If you love the flavour of mushroom and their health benefits, I guarantee you’ll want to add this product to your daily regimen. My family also enjoy it. Trouble is, I keep sharing trial size amounts with work mates and I’m almost out of product… again! I wish it came in a larger pouch size as it disappears way too quickly. Either that or I need to better pace myself 😂

You don’t require a lot per day to receive the full health benefits of shilajit, so earthy in flavour and coming from NZ, it reminds me of the taste of a hangi. This is natures way of supporting the human body and we need this with the attack on humanities health from the powers above. Love the packaging too and personal hand written note. Trying the slightly less potent (according to the site) Altai Mtn's Shilajit. Only been using it a few days, and Already I prefer it to the more potent Himalayan version. The taste is "better" (still not nectar: but better) it dissolves a bit easier. And...it seems to be working better ...for me. I can feel a difference already. It is less cost for a larger amount, which also helps! When I finally get through the 3 jars, I'll probably get more.
the spoon in the photos is a "one Drop" measure purchased elsewhere. I find it easier to get the correct amount than the (very good quality!) one supplied.

Great price for 20grams of premium Shilajit. It never disappoints, not like others that have absolutely zero benefit. This one is always consistent with at least 70% Fulvic Acid. So many other brands are lucky to have 30% percent. Some I think are just carcinogenic rubbish. The powders are lucky to be 20% and you pay extra. 🙇

The Sundried Himalayan Shilajit Resin from Sunpure Shilajit is a really amazing product. The quality of the resin, the taste and of course the benefits it gives me are a 10/10. I take a long time before choosing a Shilajit on internet, there's many choices, and this one is one of the best. I know it is about 4 times the price of the cheaper products of lower quality (I had bought a cheap one in the past) but it is completely and utterly worth it I could notice a significant increase going from the cheaper product to this.
